Enhabit Wellness

As we look out at the world, we see a need for holistic wellness programs to assist people struggling to manage chronic conditions and also to help them navigate certain stages and challenges in life. Rates of chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and mental illness are skyrocketing.

We know from ancient wisdom and modern science that yoga, mindful movement, Pilates, health coaching and social connection can help individuals overcome their challenges and find greater clarity, ease, wellness, and health.

We hope they adopt long-term positive well-being habits that equip them well to manage their wellness into the future as masters of their own wellness.

ENHABIT is a medieval word that means ‘to dwell within’

Wellness is ’the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health’(Global Wellness Institute). 

We believe that we are all each other’s teachers on the journey, both dwelling within and finding wellness together.

Community is a central part of movement, mindfulness and wellness, but this needs to be more emphasised in the West. While individual practice is important, building connection to others and participation in a community is beneficial to consolidate the practice and understand the nuances as they apply to one's life.
