Liz invites clients to explore their body, mind and spirit in both yoga and Pilates classes, as the masters of their own self-healing.

She believes that just ‘showing up’ to practice unlocks the potential in each one of us.

She encourages each individual to approach their own body with curiosity rather than fear, just to notice and to see what happens next.  

Liz is a registered coach, Physiotherapist, and rehabilitation Pilates Instructor and trauma-informed yoga instructor. She has more than 25 years of clinical experience.

She teaches from the heart, embracing daily and seasonal shifts and utilising the powerful flow of subtle energy.

Liz has the lived experience of a functional neurological disorder and has worked to rewire her mind-body and find wellness since her diagnosis in 2016.
